Who Are Hills & Newton?

Hills & Newton are BANT Registered Nutritionist Virginia Hills and Real Food Coach Katy Newton, founder of Wasted Kitchen (Winner, BBC Food & Farming Awards 2024). 

We combine nutritional knowledge with hands-on food know-how, all with a passion for helping people feel their best through good food & easy changes.

Co-Founder

Virginia Hills is a BANT Registered Nutritionist who started her career as a lawyer and switched to nutrition.

She brings a deep-rooted passion for how food and lifestyle changes can transform individuals' wellbeing. Virginia’s corporate world experience as a lawyer equips her with a profound understanding of businesses' and employees’ needs.

Virginia is committed to sharing her expertise, empowering both individuals & organisations to achieve optimal health through informed food & lifestyle choices.

Katy Newton

Co-Founder

Katy Newton is a Real Food Coach and the driving force behind sustainable food businessWasted Kitchen.

Having started her career in marketing for Virgin and the BBC she stepped off the corporate ladder to follow her love for food, drink and sustainability.  Katy is passionate about reconnecting people with real food and seasonal ingredients, building kitchen confidence and making it easy to make nutritious food choices for the benefit of individuals, families and the environment.

Katy is an INLPTA qualified NLP Master Practitioner.
