Virginia Hills is a BANT Registered Nutritionist who started her career as a lawyer and switched to nutrition. Virginia brings a deep-rooted passion for how food & lifestyle changes can transform an individual’s wellbeing, which grew out of her own struggles with IBS and migraines during her twenties & the exhaustion experienced from balancing a busy legal career and motherhood in her thirties.
She's committed to sharing her expertise & empowering individuals and organisations to achieve optimal health through informed food & lifestyle choices.

Katy Newton is a Real Food Coach and the driving force behind sustainable food business Wasted Kitchen. Having started her career in marketing for Virgin and the BBC she stepped off the corporate ladder to follow her love for food, drink and sustainability.
Katy is passionate about reconnecting people with real food and seasonal ingredients, building kitchen confidence and making it easy to make nutritious food choices for the benefit of individuals, families and the environment.
Katy is an INLPTA qualified NLP Master Practitioner.
